The Distrust
Session with Adam:
Who am I working with?
What change I want to see and within whom?
What do I want Gen Z to feel?
How can my intervention create change?
Look up: Robert Dilts - (Neuro) Logical Levels
John Dewey - Experience and Education.
The distrust: When they don't look like you, do we automatically assume they can't relate to us?
Think about:
What is happening right now? A cultural revolution within Gen Z?
Who am I aiming at: private universities, the youth, teachers.
One common stream. One identity. (Countries like Singapore, America, The UK - one language)
Politics thrive on division.
Since independence (1948), Sri Lanka has been dividied by race and religion. How does this stand in the way of progression?
