Summary for Insanity:

I haven't progressed much since last week. I feel like there are certain aspects I'm missing because I haven't done much reflection of what I already know. Before I go into 'new' sources, I am taking a break from moving 'forward', to retrace a few steps. Nonetheless, it's still 'progress'.
