The values of my project needs to be communicated as it will translate to my experts and my stakeholders.

I am not an expert yet. However, I will be an expert later. I need to pay attention what I will become an expert on.

Understand exactly what I'm doing.

Utilise shared knowledge.

Preserve and adapt culture and traditions.

Setting a new precedent.

Hindsight advantage.

Mutual respect.

Better opportunities.

Virtues:

Humanity: Kindness. Capacity to love and be loved.

Wisdom: Perspective. Open-mindedness

Intimacy.

Temperance: Humility. Self - regulation.

Focus should always be on the project.
